I've been dealing with Russell/John/Reuben for the past 3 years (met Russell when he only had about 3 parts cars!). They are all as honest and hard working as ANYONE you will find. Any sort of mishap on their part, and they go out of their way to fix the problem. They won't even blink an eye at a complaint. If you have an issue (especially regarding previous service) you will get a thorough, non-biased evaluation without any attitude. They know they are human, and all they care about is that you walk away happy to tell all your friends and fellow Z owners what a wonderful experience you had with them. It's kind of rare to find a shop that values their reputation over the bottom line. Anyways, I can go on for days.... If more shops were like these guys, no one would dread getting their cars worked on!
